IM-NE801 UL/TUV Certified 40A 277VAC Coil 12VDC 24VDC DPST 2NO 2 Pole PCB Relay for Solar Inverter
The new energy power relay IM-NE801 has a contact form of 2A, and has a maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and a high current switching capability. The insulation withstand voltage coil to the contact is 4000VAC for 1min. The relay features small size, large switching capacity and a large 3 mm contact gap. The relay's small size makes design easier and consumes only 1.92 W. As the solar inverter market is trending towards larger inverters to generate more power and reduce costs, the IM-NE801 (40 A) provides the necessary capacity and low current consumption to make this possible. This relay is UL listed and IEC61810-1 compliant for surge breakdown voltage (between contacts) of 2.5 kW.

AC switching elements are a crucial part of safety and protection function in charging stations and cables. Key parts of the IVY line-up are the 40A IM-NE801A 2 pole power relay and 60A IM601 bistable relay. Both types are availabe with a mirror contact according to IEC 60947-1 and VDE / TUV/UL approvals. They can be used in the latest generation of wallboxes which fulfill either IEC 61851-1 or the recent IEC 62955 norm.
IM-NE801A is a UL/TUV certified 32A 40A Two-pole PCB power relay. It's main features as follow:
Continuous Current: 40A; with Contact Form:2A; High Dielectric Strength 4000VAC; Low Temperature Rise; Sealed Structure to Resist Harsh Environment; UL Certified, IEC61810-1 Standard Compliant.
