MD0630T01A-2 is an ultra-small size RCD/ AC-DC leakage sensor for photovoltaic . It can send an alarm signal after reaching the set current, output switch control signal, read AC and DC current, accurate measurement, high sensitivity, digital signal, push-pull output, Features such as integrated design. Voltage input 12V±20% (current about 12mA), measuring current range DC current: 2~15mA; Maximum AC current: 3~100mA (default threshold: DC 6mA, AC 30mA), accuracy DC±0,2mA, AC±0.3 mA@25℃, working temperature -25~+80℃, appearance is plastic shell, SIP package. Comply with TUV-IEC62955 standard, with CE-EMC certification.
