MD0630T01A-R is an ACDC leakage sensor RCD with RJ12 Output for photovoltaic. The advantages compared with normal fault current detection sensor, it supports the function of digital output function, can read DC and AC current values, and has the characteristics of high sensitivity, plastic shell, SIP package, integrated design, small size, and accurate measurement. current DC current range 2mA to 15mA, AC current 3mA to 100mA, accuracy DC±0.2mA, AC±0.3mA@25℃. The default threshold is DC 6mA, AC 30mA, and the alarm value can be set. UART serial communication, Modbus protocol, It also meets with EN 61000-6-3:2007+A1, EN IEC 61000-6-1:2019 standards, with TUV, CE-EMC certification.
